Cancellation Policy

1. No smoking is allowed inside the studio premises. 2. Alcohol should only be served by licensed dealers or caterers with proper permits. Private parties can bring their own alcohol. 3. All events must conclude by 11 pm to ensure compliance with residential area regulations and noise ordinances. 4. Guests are expected to respect the property and its amenities, including furniture, equipment, and decor. 5. Use of illegal substances or activities that violate local laws is strictly prohibited. 6. Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the space during and after their event. A cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess or damage. 7. Parking should be done in designated areas, and guests should not block driveways or emergency exits. 8. Any equipment or items brought into the space must be removed promptly at the end of the event. 9. Guests must follow all fire safety regulations, including not obstructing fire exits and knowing the location of fire extinguishers. 10. Any disturbances to neighbors, including excessive noise or parking issues, must be avoided to maintain a peaceful environment in the residential area. These rules are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and compliant experience for all guests using the studio rental space.
